About Us:

A home allows you to live, rest, work, educate and entertain yourself and your loved ones. It allows you to escape, and provides security. More importantly, a home allows you to explore the unique environment beyond the walls. The world has recently been reminded of this aspect.

As our name suggests, we are more than award winning real estate professionals. We are lifestyle guides who can assist in finding a home that fits your needs and nurtures your deepest joys. We match your criteria for a happy life with properties throughout Marin and Sonoma Counties.

As native born residents of the areas we serve, we have an intimate knowledge of the market. We love nothing more than to introduce our clients to the beauty of the North Bay. Whether you desire proximity to the coast, an equestrian estate, or a Wine Country weekend retreat, we know just how to find it. We are always on top of new market trends and keep abreast of the latest available properties, so that you are always ahead of the curve.

Not only do we work to find the perfect home, but also the lifestyle that it provides. Where we differ from other brokerages is that as Real Estate Professionals, we not only provide a premium level of service, but as Community Ambassadors, we are dedicated to helping you design the exact lifestyle you envision. Our goal includes not only understanding your needs as a homeowner, but also “what makes you, you.” From there, we want to make sure you are aware of everything the local community and surrounding area has to offer; events and activities that may be of interest to you, and those around you.

Sean Payne has distinguished himself from the beginning of his career. In 2010, he was named the Sonoma County Future Leader by the California Association of Realtors®, which allowed him to advocate for increased homeowner protections alongside state legislators. In 2013, he was given Petaluma’s Realtor® of the Year award. He’s also a passionate advocate for alternative forms of transportation to make cities more livable. His e-bike community tours are a great way for homebuyers to explore new neighborhoods and get a feel for where they want to live.

A top-producing agent throughout his career, Sean gets high marks from satisfied clients for his attentive customer service, market expertise, and sound advice. A Petaluma native and full-time real estate professional in Marin and Sonoma counties since 2006, Sean’s extensive experience makes him a superb ally for buyers and sellers alike.

Tirelessly motivated by personal and professional evolution, Sean has a penchant for innovation. He was the first North Bay Realtor® — and one of the first in California — to use drone photography and videography and 3D virtual reality cameras in the real estate industry. Before that, he had distinguished himself by coding beautiful real estate websites that showcased clients’ properties to a targeted audience. Using the latest technology, social media, predictive analytics, and professional staging to build a relevant, cohesive story, Sean lassos every advantage for his clients’ benefit.

Few agents have as diverse a portfolio as Sean, who has successfully sold equestrian properties in Nicasio, ranches in West Petaluma, Wine Country getaways near Sebastopol, and single-family homes all over San Rafael and Novato. However, this is no surprise, as he specializes in ranches, land, equestrian estates, Wine Country homes, trust and probate sales, and 1031 exchanges. His secret to being a top-producing agent is his drive to support his clients from start to finish. Sean’s “honest excitement” about the search, says one five-star buyer review, helped turn a normally stressful experience into “an enjoyable one.”

A volunteer youth basketball coach, hobby fisherman, and car tinkerer, Sean enjoys living in the North Bay and loves introducing clients to its many amenities. Talk to Sean Payne today — your North Bay property awaits!
